Setting up a Delphic360 review
The Discussion Partner typically coordinates setting up a Delphic360 review, though they may delegate tasks to others. We recommend that wherever possible, someone other than the individual being reviewed leads the setup process to maintain objectivity.
Step 1: Select Contributors
Work with the individual being reviewed to identify people who will provide feedback:
Aim for diverse perspectives:
- At least 2 direct reports (if applicable)
- 2 people to whom the individual reports (trustees, elders, etc.)
- 2 other colleagues or team members
- Consider including those with different viewpoints or working styles
Selection tips:
- Include representatives from all areas of the individual's ministry
- Having more contributors typically yields more helpful insights
- Smaller organizations may have fewer contributors available—this is not a problem
- Consider those who might offer constructive challenge, not just supporters
- If possible, include people of different ages, genders & backgrounds
Step 2: Submit Information to Delphic360
Send us the following details (use this form):
- Name and contact details of the individual being reviewed
- Names and contact details of all contributors
Important: Ideally, the individual being reviewed shouldn't know exactly who is providing feedback, though this may not always be possible.
Step 3: Plan the Feedback Meeting
Consider the meeting dynamic:
- You may want to invite a third person to join the feedback discussion
- This is especially helpful if you and the individual are different genders
- Discuss preferences with the individual before setting up the meeting
- Avoid including spouses or prayer partners—they're better positioned to provide support after the meeting
