Here's some guidance to help you prepare.
Don't be daunted!
If you've never done a 360 review before, it might feel intimidating - but it doesn't need to be. This is a collaborative process designed to help you grow in godliness and effectiveness.
Remember the goal: Your review will identify strengths to build on and areas for development, enabling you to create a meaningful personal development plan.
You're in good company: We're all works in progress. None of us will be perfect this side of heaven, but we all want to become more like Christ and serve Him more effectively.
13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3)

Completing your questionnaire
