Who's involved

  • The person being reviewed - 'the individual'
    Typically the leader of an organisation (lead pastor, chief executive, etc)

 

  • A Discussion Partner
    • Often a chair of trustees, church elder, or similar trusted leader
    • Works with the individual before the review to select other contributors
    • Meets with the individual after the review to discuss the results and next steps

 

  • A Development Partner
    • Supports the individual in creating and implementing their development plan
    • Often the same person as the Discussion Partner

 

  • Contributors (those who will complete questionnaires)
    • The individual themselves
    • 2-3 people to whom the individual reports (trustees, church elders, etc.)
    • 2-3 direct reports (those line-managed by the individual)
    • 2-3 others in the organisation (peers or other colleagues)
    • Additional contributors may include congregation members or volunteers

 

  • Delphic
    • Produces the feedback report based on the contributors' responses. 
    • Provides support with tech & process
